1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for return or replacement:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in original packaging
- All accessories and items must be included
3. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
- The customer changes their mind after receiving the product
- The product was ordered correctly but no longer needed
4. Refund Process
If a return is approved:
- The product may be replaced, or
- A refund may be issued
Refunds (if applicable) are usually processed via bKash or bank transfer within 3–7 working days after the returned item is received.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery whenever possible.
